Instructions: In a saucepan crush mint leaves with a spoon. Add water and lemon juice. Stir in sugar. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool; pour into pitcher. Add orange juice. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. To serve, remove mint leaves; add chilled carbonated beverage to juice mixture. Mix well. Fill glasses with ice. Add juice mixture; garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Email this Recipe:
