Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x Onion, finely chopped
1 lrg Clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup White wine vinegar
1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh mint or 2 tbsp. dried
1 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Coarse salt
1/2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine all ingredients except oil. Add oil in slow steady stream through lid or feed tube.

Alternatively, beat all ingredients except oil in medium bowl, then whisk in oil. Stir well and strain.

Makes 1 2/3cups.
