Instructions: Strip and wash enough spearmint leaves to make one packed cup. In a pan mix solution of water, corn syrup and sugar. Bring mixture to boil, then add mint. Cover pan, remove from heat, let set for 15 minutes. Strain solution and add juice of lemons. Chill or partially freeze the liquid. Fold in two beaten egg whites then freeze. Serve when firm.
