Instructions: Combine butter and milk in crock pot. Turn control to high; cover and heat until butter melts. Stir in frosting mix. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flavoring and color, if desired. Turn to low. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper, swirling tips with spoon. Keep crock pot control on low while forming wafers. If candy gets too thick, add several drops of water.
