Instructions: Rub birds well with fresh mint leaves. Combine sour cream and minced mint leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, pepper, and salt. Cut foil into 6 very large heart shapes and spread sour-cream mixture evenly on both halves of each heart. Put a dove on half of each heart, fold over foil, and pinch foil edges together. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
