Instructions: Warm the coriander in a dry skillet over medium-low heat.
In a four-cup measure with spout, combine the juices, toasted coriander and mint. Serve over ice with lime wedges. Serves 2 to 4. Description: "Lime softens the acidity of the tomatoes; the seasonings add more interest." Yield: "24 ounces" NOTES : Use more ground coriander if needed.
