Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	Margarine
1/2 cup	Sugar
3 lrg	Eggs
3 cup	Flour
1/2 tsp	Baking soda
1 pch	Mace, optional
1/2 tsp	Salt
1 tsp	Cinnamon
2 tsp	Vanilla
2 tbl	Whiskey, brandy, liqueur or sweet wine
3 cup	Apples, peeled, cored, chopped or shredded
1 cup	Walnuts, chopped, or pecans

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream margarine and sugar till fluffy, beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add gradually. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a greased and floured 10" tube pan or 12"x17" rectangular pan. Bake at 350 about an hour or till done.
