Ingredients:

1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 tsp ginger root peeled and minced
2 x cloves garlic minced
3 x 14 1/2 oz cn vegetable broth
2 cup broccoli florets chopped
1 cup carrot diagonally sliced
1 cup onion vertically sliced
1 tsp chile paste
2 cup Chinese egg noodles, cooked 4 oz uncooked
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add gingerroot and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add broth and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes. Stir in noodles and miso; cook 1 minute or until miso is blended.

NOTES : Very tasty, very comforting, very easy....a healthy, vegetarian comfort food that is perfect when you are sick....or just sick of cooking.
