Instructions: Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir together cocoa, flour and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Pour batter into a greased and floured, 9-by-13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then spread marshmallow creme over the top. Cool completely, then frost. FROSTING: Cream together margarine, cocoa powder and powdered sugar; stir in vanilla and evaporated milk until smooth. Stir in pecans. Email this Recipe:
