Instructions: 1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Grease 13x9 pan 3.Use large bowl and beat together eggs, 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until fluffy 4.Add flour, 1/4 cup cocoa 5.Beat until smooth 6.Spread into pan 7.Bake 40-50 minutes 8.When done immediatly spread on the fluff 9.Let cool 1 hour on wire rack before frosting 10.Heat 1/3 cup butter 11.Stir in 1/2 cup cocoa and cook 1 minute 12.Remove from heat 13.Add 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and powdered sugar 14.Mix until smooth 15.Spread on fluff layer 16.Cool Email this Recipe:
