Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in 2-qt. saucepan. Heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a FULL ROLLING BOIL. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Place by teaspoonfuls on waxed or parchment paper. Allow 5 to 10 minutes to "set" before serving.

Note: The is more like a candy than a cookie - very rich. It is important to bring mixture to a full boil before boiling for one minute. If you do not boil long enough, cookies will not set; if you boil too long, they will be dry.
