Instructions: Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate in 8x8x2 inch baking pan in oven until chocolate is melted, about 4 minutes.
Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Beat with fork until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Scrape pan with rubber spatula and spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with semisweet chocolate and nuts. Bake 40 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream if desired. Email this Recipe:
