Instructions: Cream butter and sugar until thick and pale.
Add beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Roll into logs of 6" x 1 1/2" diameter. Wrap in plastic or greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 24 hours. To cook: Cut discs from log of about 1/2" thickness. Place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake 350 F for 10-15 minutes. Note: Mixture will keep in fridge for up to 3 weeks. Email this Recipe:
