6 cup uncooked regular oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower kernels
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
2 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 tbl ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Vegetable cooking spray as needed
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 9 ingredients; spread on 2 pans coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring 3 times. Cool. Stir in dried fruit.

This recipe yields 7 1/2 cups.

Comments: Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. Serve with nonfat vanilla yogurt for a creamy-chewy treat.
