Instructions: Gently heat margarine, sugar, vinegar, and milk until blended. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and add the dried fruit. Stir in the cooled liquid and mix well. Place in a greased, floured, 2 Lb loaf tin and bake at 350F, gas 4 for 1 hour and then at 325, gas 3 for about 1 hour more.
