Instructions: In 10 - inch skillet melt butter until sizzling; stir in basil, oregano and garlic. Add carrots, broccoli and onion. Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly,until vegetablles are crisply tender (5 to 6 minutes). Stir in zucchini, mushrooms and red pepper. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until zucchini is crisply tender (2 to 3 minutes).
Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle cheeses over vegetables. Cover; let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cheesed are melted. Email this Recipe:
