6 oz mesclun, (about 5 cups)
4 x ripe medium tomatoes, diced
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup pitted chopped kalamata olives
1 tbl olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: This modified version of Creek salad takes full advantage of summers ripe tomatoes. If you cant find mesclun (mixed miniature salad greens), use baby spinach or romaine lettuce.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss gently and serve.
