Instructions: 1. Preheat oven 350F. Pour olive oil into a casserole. Cook the frozen beans in a saucepan of boiling lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and place beans in the casserole with the turnips, leeks, bell pepper, spinach and canned artichoke hearts.
2. Cover the casserole and bake the vegetables for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the turnips are slightly soft. 3. Stir in the pumpkin seeds and soy sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
