Ingredients:

3 tbl sunflower oil
1 lrg onion chopped
300 gm moath soaked overnight and left to sprout for 8 hours
4 x green chillies slit lengthways so the seeds an exposed but the chilli is not broken in 2
1 tsp turmeric pawder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbl coriander leaves chopped
4 tbl coconut grated if fresh or desiccated
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden.

Add the sprouted moath chillies powder spices salt and sugar and stir well.

Add a little water and cook on a low heat until soft but not mushy.

Stir over a high heat to dry up any remaining water.

Take off the heat and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves and coconut.

A nutritious vegetarian dish that can be served as a salad.
