Instructions: Melt butter in a skillet. Add the crab meat, grated eggs, sherry, lemon juice, Tabasco. Cook until heated through.

Place English muffin half in each serving dish. Cover with crab meat mixture. Top with Hollandaise Sauce. Place under broiler until bubbly.
