Instructions: Blend cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup of the milk to make a smooth paste. Gradually add remaining milk, stirring constantly. Heat, stirring often, until very hot (do not boil). Add coffee and vanilla; stirring until coffee is dissolved. Serve hot.
