Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto waxed paper; set aside.
Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; add coffee powder and stir to dissolve. Remove pan from heat and set cool. Using wire whisk, beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy. Grad- ually add sugar, stirring with whisk until well blended. Add cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla, then flour mixture. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares. Makes 48 squares. Serve with ice cream scooped on top. Email this Recipe:
