1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
4 x 1-ounce squares unsweetened
chocolate
1 tsp instant coffee powder
4 x eggs
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto waxed paper; set aside.

Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; add coffee powder and stir to dissolve. Remove pan from heat and set cool.

Using wire whisk, beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy. Grad- ually add sugar, stirring with whisk until well blended. Add cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla, then flour mixture. Fold in walnuts.

Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.

Makes 48 squares.

Serve with ice cream scooped on top.
