Instructions: In measuring cup, combine water and gelatin; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine 3 oz.chocolate, milk, cinnamon, coffee crystals and sugar. Cook and stir over med-low heat unti chocolate melts. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin. Cool, then add yogurt. Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturers directions. Stir in additional 1 oz of chocolate chips before completly frozen.
