Instructions: In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in chocolate syrup and liqueur until smooth. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. If necessary, refrigerate mixture 15 minutes or until easy to handle.

Spoon mixture into a decorating bag with a small writing or star tip. Pipe or spoon design on top of each wafer.
