Instructions: The following recipes are from the Popcorn Institute (with my modifications noted by the
*). I have not tried them. Put popcorn in a large bowl: spray with butter flavored spray and toss until evenly coated. Combine dry coffee mix and sugar; add to popped popcorn and toss until well-mixed. Makes 2 1/2 quarts. *original recipe called for 1/4 c melted butter.
