Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 cup	Cold skim milk
1 pkt	(4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 tbl	MAXWELL HOUSE or YUBAN Instant Coffee or SANKA Brand 97% Caffeine Free Instant Coffee
1/2 cup	Thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whip- ped Topping

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into medium serving bowl or individual dishes. Refrigerate.

Just before serving, combine whipped topping and cinnamon; spread over pudding. Garnish if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
