2 pkt	frozen strawberries unsweetened, thawed 2 - 15 oz pkgs.
1 pt	lowfat sour cream
1 can	crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
	(well drained)

Mash berries with a fork. Blend into sour cream. Mix in pineapple and sugar and blend in thoroughly. Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hours.
