1/8 cup	Onion, chopped fine
1/2 jar	(small) pimeinto
1 tbl	Mayonnaise to moisten

Instructions:

Instructions: Mash eggs & stir in remaining ingredients. Must be made ahead to blend all flavors. Serve on crackers.
