Instructions: Allow mushrooms to air-dry for a few minutes. Shake mushrooms in flour to coat lightly. Lightly oil non-stick pan with olive oil. Saute garlic briefly, then add mushrooms and brown well (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Add jar of spaghetti sauce and crushed red pepper to mushrooms and heat until just warmed through. Serve over cooked linguini.
NOTES : Keep flour light! Use basil or herb spaghetti sauce. Email this Recipe:
