Clean a batch of strawberries (a pint),

OPTION: add a banana (without peel)

sugar 2 T or to taste
1 container (8 oz.) nonfat yogurt

Blend all this and put into Donvier machine.

Adjusting the sugar might involve some experiments but these are not too hard to bear.
