2 tbl chopped fresh ginger
4 clv garlic
1 tbl salt
3 lb large shrimp, steamed and peeled
1 tbl hot sauce
1 x (12-ounce) bottle rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Grind first 3 ingredients to a paste with a mortar and pestle. Combine ginger mixture with shrimp, hot sauce, and vinegar in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal and chill at least 8 hours. Garnish. Serve.
