Instructions: Beat eggs and sugar in bowl until blended. In another bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add yogurt and melted margarine to egg mixture, then add flour mixture. Stir until batter is evenly moist. Dont overly mix. Spoon batter equally into 12 paper lined or well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400iF for 18-20 minutes.
