Instructions: Dip each chop into an egg wash, then bread them with crushed Ritz Crackers or Spiced Bread Crumbs. Lightly oil a baking sheet with vegetable oil, and place breaded chops onto the sheet, and cover with foil. Bake 20 - 30 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven, and serve hot. RF4RP
