Instructions: I know this might sound weird to all of you but I always make moist stuffing (have to admit I dont like dry ones). Any ways this is the way we have been making it in my family since the dino days. First you toast your bread and then you let it soak in water for 5-10 min. Drain as much water out as possible and add the rest of your ingredients. With us thats - one egg, sauteed onions and celery, then a generous supply of poultry seasoning.
