4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1" cubes
3 tbl ground black pepper
2 tbl molasses
2 tbl spicy brown mustard
2 tbl bourbon
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate 6 to 24 hours. Remove chicken cubes from bag and put on skewers that have been soaked in water for one hour. Grill, basting with remainder of sauce.
