Instructions: Mix and stir the cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt together. Add molasses, milk and egg. Heat the cooking oil in the baking pan which you intend to use. When hot (and dont let it catch fire), pour it into the cornmeal mix. It will spew and bubble. Then, pour the cornbread into the hot greased pan. This will make the crust nice. Bake in a hot oven 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
