Instructions: Preheat outdoor barbecue grill according to manufacturers directions, or preheat broiler and spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine molasses, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Grill ham over hot coals or place onto prepared rack in broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat, turning once and brushing frequently with molasses mixture, 6-8 minutes, until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve with rice or potato side with a veggie. We usually serve with green beans and either rice, or twice baked potatoes, baked stuffed potatoes, or some other potato dish. Email this Recipe:
