2 x	Eggs
2 cup	Brown sugar
1 cup	Molasses
1 cup	Margarine
1/2 cup	Sweet milk
4 tsp	Baking soda
1/2 tsp	Ginger
1/2 tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Cloves
5 cup	Flour
	----------------- FILLING ----------------
2 x	Egg whites
2 tsp	Vanilla
4 tbl	Flour
2 tbl	Milk
1/2 cup	Vegetable oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream shortening,sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredents.

Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg whites till stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put together.
