6 x	Eggs
1/4 cup	Heavy cream
1/4 tsp	Salt
	Pepper
1 cup	Baby shrimp
6 x	Bread rusks

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 oz molds. Fill with egg mixture. Place molds in water bath. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with sauce & serve.
