Instructions: Brush eye of round roast (or bottom round or whatever) with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Brown roast on all sides.
Put roast in Ducth oven with 1/2 cup hot water. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours, adding more water as necessary. Use the juice in left in the Dutch oven to make gravy.
