Instructions: In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, and lemon pepper. Set aside.
In another bowl combine egg whites and shrimp. Gently mix to coat evenly. Dip each shrimp into bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly. Shake off excess crumbs and place on a baking sheet. When all shrimp are coated, place sheet in oven and bake 5 minutes per side or until shrimp are cooked through and crisp on outside. Do not overcook or shrimp will dry out. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and ketchup or tartar sauce for dipping. Email this Recipe:
