Instructions: Mix crust and press into bottom of spring form pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 7 to 10 min to set

Combine all cake ingredients, except egg whites. Mix together well, but some small lumps will not hurt.

In a separate bowl beat egg whites till stiff and then fold them into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into pan and bake 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees. 350 degrees might work well too; sometimes it gets too brown at 375. Leave in oven for about 1 hour with door partly open.
