Ingredients:

1 lb Lean ground chuck
1/2 lb Ground pork
1 can Tomato sauce, (8 ounce)
2 lrg Eggs, beaten
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 x Onion, chopped
3 tbl Minced parsley
3 tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl Tamari sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp Garlic salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl mix together beef, pork, tomato sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, tamari, mustard, salt & pepper & garlic salt. Using your hands, blend until well mixed. Lightly pack mixture into a glass loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan over top. In microwave, cook uncovered 5 minutes on high. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cook another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Rotate another 1/2 turn & cook 5 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Cover with foil & let meat loaf stand 10 minutes before serving.

Approximately 12-15 minutes.
