Ingredients:

16 oz can red or pink salmon, remove bones
2/3 cup chopped celery
2 tbl vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 x beaten egg
2/3 cup quick or old-fashion oats
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Pack into greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand five minutes before removing from pan.

Note: One can cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup milk can be substituted for the celery and milk.
