Instructions: Bring water to boil, add rice, salt, and butter. Bring back to boil. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Brown bacon in large frying pan or wok. Drain off all but about 3 tablespoons of bacon grease. Add green onions, ham, and chicken. Stir a few minutes. Add beaten egg, and cook until set. Break up egg. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir and cook until heated through.
