Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter and sugar together until well mixed. Beat in the Karo syrup and whip until combined. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt until fluffy. Combine the eggs with the sugar mixture, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix in chopped pecans. Pour the batter into the pie crust.ELayer top with the remaining whole pecans and bake for 45 minutes. Dust with maple sugar hot out of the oven.
