1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugars, salt, spices. Gradually stir in milk. Stir in pumpkin. Pour filling into pie shell. 2. Bake for ten minutes at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until firm. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie This is the pumpkin pie that my mother has made for years.
