Instructions: Melt butter & olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add chicken. Saute until brown on each side. Add brandy & light with a match. When flame goes out, stir in grapes & wine. Simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt & freshly ground black pepper. Serve chicken with grapes & sauce. Beautiful!
