2 tbl Salad oil
1/3 cup Rice
2 tbl Minced onion
1 lb Ground beef/chuck/hamburger
1/2 tsp Salt
2 x 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 x Beef bouillon cube
1 cup Hot water
1 tsp Soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In hot fat in skillet, cook rice with onion and beef till golden brown.

Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer, covered until rice is tender.

Makes 4 servings.
