1/2 lb Stewmeat*
Cabbage
1 pkt Frozen BABY lima beans
Pealed, diced potatoes
Peeled, sliced carrots
Corn
1 lrg V-8 juice
Water
Black pepper to taste
Onions
Sweet peas
Minced garlic
----------------- SPICES TO TASTE ----------------
Garlic
Black Pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat, onion, spices and salt(to taste) Add all other ingredients Simmer for 4-5 hours. Serve with buttered crackers

As you can see, this is a very forgiving recipe. Add veggies to taste. My husband like green beans so I also add this. Only add a small amount of cabbage. Is for taste only.

**I make stew meat by mixing Round steak and any other cheap cut of meat.

Freezes well in tupperware for about 6 mo. Might do better in canning jars(mason).
